Seaside

I spent the last weekend on a wonderful trip with fellow classmates to the Isle of Skye. The intent was to go and film but also to relax a little and escape the hustle and bustle of city life- I ended up doing the latter more. However, I did get a couple of shots that I used in today's Production class to make a little archival film about the Scottish seaside.
In my everyday life, every time that I pass a place that I think would make a good shot, I take a little video on my phone. This is something that I did on Skye as well- by the end of the semester I hoped to make a little video diary documenting different shots that I had practised throughout the months.
Some of these shots were used in the above film, mixed in with archive footage that Jamie had found about the past of the Scottish coast and more of the modern day life there. Together with paintings that Caroline had found, we created a little time travel through the changes of the coast.
